48 hours before the performance we’ll ask you to check-in online which will involve completing a health questionnaire on behalf of yourself and your party to assist with track and trace. Once completed, we’ll deliver your tickets to your mobile or smart device for contact-free entry to the theatre.
If you do not receive your health questionnaire within 48 hours or your e-tickets within 24 hours of your visit, please contact boxoffice@nimaxtheatres.com and our team will assist you.
VENUE INFORMATION
The Apollo Theatre opens 45 minutes before the start of each performance.
The Apollo Theatre Box Office is open Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm. Where there are performances on a Sunday, the Box Office will open from 10am until the start of the final performance of the day.
The Apollo Theatre is located on Shaftesbury Avenue, near to Piccadilly Circus in London’s West End. Below you can find information on how to get to the theatre and a map showing the location of the venue.
HOW TO GET HERE
By Car
The nearest car park is Newport Place, in Chinatown. For details of all locations and prices, visit Q-Park’s website. Remember to take advantage of Q-Park’s Theatreland Parking Scheme. It saves you 50% on off-street car parking charges for up to 24 hours. Simply present your Q-Park car park ticket for validation on arrival at our box office, and the car park machine will automatically charge you half price.
By Public transport
Tube
Piccadilly Circus is just a short walk away, with entrances to the underground at every corner of the road junction. The station is on the Bakerloo line (between Charing Cross and Oxford Circus) and the Piccadilly Line (between Green Park and Leicester Square), so it’s well connected with the rest of London.
National Rail
The Apollo Theatre is easily accessible from most of the major National Rail London stations. Charing Cross is our nearest National Rail station and is just a 10 minute walk from the theatre or one stop on the Bakerloo line to Piccadilly Circus. If you are arriving at one of our other major National Rail stations we recommend jumping on the tube for quick onward travel to the theatre. Get the Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus for 5 stops from Kings Cross, the Northern line for 4 stops from Euston to Leicester Square (5 min walk from the theatre) or just six stops on the Bakerloo from Paddington to Piccadilly Circus.
